Services are offered to customers residing in Canada and the United States. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and provide accurate, complete information when registering and applying.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Alliance Savings may request additional documents, approve, or decline an application at its discretion, and may set the approved amount, terms, and payment instructions accordingly.
Where payment instructions are issued, you agree to deposit the amounts specified, on the schedule communicated, and to upload accurate receipts. Verified payments reduce the outstanding balance shown in your account.
Uploaded documents must be genuine and legible. You grant Alliance Savings the right to store and review them for the purpose of evaluating and servicing your applications.
You may not misuse the portal, attempt to access other users' data, or submit fraudulent information. Accounts found in breach may be suspended.
How we collect, use, and protect your personal and financial information.
We collect registration details, application and product information, uploaded identity and income documents, and payment records necessary to deliver our services.
Your information is used to evaluate applications, issue deposit instructions, verify payments, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Data is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorized staff. You are responsible for the security of your own device and credentials.
Records are retained as required by applicable Canadian (PIPEDA) and United States financial regulations, then securely deleted.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements, by contacting our support.
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in and protect your account. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If analytics are added in the future, a consent banner will ask before they are set, and this policy will be updated.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated.
Data retention: Application, document, and payment records are retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations. Session data is retained for 30 days. Staff activity logs are retained for 3 years. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your profile settings.
Data breach: In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, Alliance Savings will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected users without undue delay where the risk is high.
